These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of market-wall.com (“MarketWall”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

What MarketWall provides

MarketWall is a data and research tool for stocks, crypto, and commodities. It surfaces technical and fundamental signals (such as moving-average touches, volume spikes, and Bollinger/RSI patterns — see our methodology page for details), a filterable screener, and insider trading data sourced from public SEC filings. Some features require creating a free account.

Account usage

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or to interfere with other users’ access to it.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively.

Disclaimer of warranties

MarketWall is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Market and filing data is sourced from third parties (exchanges, SEC EDGAR, and other data providers) and, while we work to keep it accurate and current, it may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, signal, or score shown on the site, and we’re not liable for decisions made based on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketWall and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site — including losses resulting from investment or trading decisions made using information found here.

Intellectual property

The MarketWall name, logo, site design, and original written content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying market and filing data remains the property of its original sources. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the site or its data without our permission, except as allowed by fair use.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We’ll try to give reasonable notice of any change that materially affects your use of a paid feature, if and when one exists.

Termination

You may stop using MarketWall and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm us or other users.
